Responsibilities

• Develop original creative ideas from initial insight through to compelling, channel-ready concepts
• Respond to briefs with curiosity and clarity, translating strategy into impactful creative work
• Collaborate closely with creatives, strategists, and account teams to bring ideas to life
• Use cultural, social, and platform insights to shape relevant and timely creative responses
• Contribute to campaigns that drive conversation, sharing, and earned media impact
• Support and mentor junior creatives, helping them build confidence and craft
• Continuously refine your own creative approach through feedback and experimentation

Requirements

• Experience working in an agency environment
• Exposure to earned-first or socially-led campaigns
• A confident idea generator with the ability to connect insight to creative output
• Strong understanding of social platforms and how ideas travel within them
• Collaborative mindset, comfortable working across disciplines and teams
• Clear communicator, able to present and explain ideas effectively
• Proactive, self-motivated approach with a willingness to take ownership
