Midweight Art Director

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strong visual concepts and campaigns under the guidance of Creative Directors
• Manage projects efficiently to ensure creative work is delivered on brief and on time
• Translate complex scientific concepts, data, and patient insights into engaging visual work
• Collaborate with strategy, medical writing, account services, and production teams
• Stay updated on design trends, digital innovations, and platform capabilities

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Healthcare Marketing or Advertising agency
• Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and multi-disciplinary work in health, wellness, or pharma
• Ability to generate strategic visual concepts for digital, social, and print
• Excellent design skills with a focus on typography, layout, and visual storytelling
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Understanding of production processes and regulatory guidelines like the ABPI code

Preferred Qualifications

• Skills in Premiere or After Effects
