About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure high availability of the Middleware environment
- Ensure Middleware environment is compliant with security policies
- Participate in Business continuity and Disaster Recovery exercises affecting the Middleware environments
Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Oracle Certified Associate – Weblogic Administration certification
- 5 years of experience in installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of Oracle Weblogic 10g/11g Server in a highly available, clustered environment
- 5 years of experience supporting Java and J2EE applications in multi-platform environments
- Experience with JSF and other MVC Web frameworks
- Experience integrating Weblogic Server with Apache, Load Balancer Servers, and Web Services
- Experience in a production support role performing deployments and troubleshooting
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Apache Tomcat and IBM Websphere
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, Clearcase, ANT, Eclipse, Remedy, and SQL Developer
- Understanding of ITIL processes, Incident & Change Management
