Middle Web Designer

Responsibilities

• Create and iterate on web and landing-page designs aligned with business objectives
• Deliver implementation-ready design files including responsive variants and reusable components
• Create marketing design assets such as presentations, pitch decks, digital banners, and PDF materials
• Translate briefs into clear design solutions involving structure, layout, typography, and visuals
• Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback
• Stay updated on industry trends and design best practices
• Manage time effectively to meet all deadlines

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in web and digital design
• Solid skills in Figma
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe XD
• Strong portfolio showcasing web/landing page design and marketing assets
• Knowledge of layout, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy
• English proficiency (B1 level or higher)
• Fluency in Ukrainian and/or Russian
• Inventive, original thinker and self-starter
