About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and iterate on web and landing-page designs aligned with business objectives
- Deliver implementation-ready design files including responsive variants and reusable components
- Create marketing design assets such as presentations, pitch decks, digital banners, and PDF materials
- Translate briefs into clear design solutions involving structure, layout, typography, and visuals
- Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback
- Stay updated on industry trends and design best practices
- Manage time effectively to meet all deadlines
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in web and digital design
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe XD
- Strong portfolio showcasing web/landing page design and marketing assets
- Knowledge of layout, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy
- English proficiency (B1 level or higher)
- Fluency in Ukrainian and/or Russian
