Relatio, a part of the SKELAR ecosystem, is a technology company building a mobile app and online platform to help couples build healthy and harmonious relationships through personalized lessons, expert consultations, and AI coaches.

Responsibilities

• Design flows and screens for both marketing funnels and the core product
• Propose and validate product hypotheses using design solutions and A/B testing
• Conduct UX research including user interviews, usability tests, and surveys
• Maintain and evolve the design system

Requirements

• High proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layouts, variants, design systems)
• Confident use of AI tools for graphics and design (e.g., Midjourney, Freepik AI, Lovable, Claude)
• Strong knowledge of composition, typography, and color theory
• Business-oriented mindset focused on conversion and metrics
• Ability to present research results, concepts, and ideas structurally
• Ability to argue design decisions and work with constructive feedback
