Middle Treasury Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute and track daily transactions in fiat and digital assets (stablecoins)
• Manage internal requests for transfers and top-ups between corporate wallets, accounts, and platforms
• Provide full documentation support for treasury operations, including invoicing, transaction logging, compliance checks, and reconciliation
• Administer infrastructure by setting up approval workflows and managing access to digital wallets
• Ensure speed, reliability, and security of daily financial flows
• Maintain transparency and quality of treasury operational reporting
• Protect digital assets through strict adherence to internal risk control policies

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in treasury, payment operations, or finance roles within FinTech, IT, or international companies
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Understanding of payment processing and basic banking infrastructure
• Proficient in Excel (formulas, sorting, and structuring large datasets)
• English language proficiency at B2 level

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience with digital assets (stablecoins, crypto wallets, Web3 infrastructure)
• Understanding of international payment systems
