Middle School Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead program operations and ensure compliance with Collier County School District and 21st CCLC regulations
• Oversee day-to-day activities including staff scheduling, curriculum coordination, and site reporting
• Maintain accurate documentation of program activities, services, and individual student records
• Develop goals and action plans with participating students to support academic and personal growth
• Recruit and enroll participants to meet attendance requirements and manage the waitlist process
• Facilitate family engagement through Parent Advisory Council participation and special events
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with school staff, community agencies, and volunteers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (preferably in education or a related field)
• 3+ years of experience in a teaching or administrative capacity providing direct services to students
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass background checks and FDLE fingerprinting
• Ability to obtain First Aid and CPR certification within 90 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
