Responsibilities

• Serve as part of a grade-level team under the guidance of Lead Teachers
• Take on increasing responsibility for lesson planning and lead teaching as the year progresses
• Collaborate with experienced educators to support scholar achievement
• Participate in ongoing professional development and coaching

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Passion for working with children
• Belief that all kids can succeed
• Desire to become a classroom teacher

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish preferred)
• Experience in an educational setting
