Middle Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-site project initiatives including content updates, feature releases, and technical improvements
• Facilitate collaboration between Development, HR, Design, and Marketing departments
• Balance competing departmental requests and resource needs
• Respond effectively to technical issues, scope changes, and resource constraints
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain project momentum
• Track project progress and identify potential risks
• Ensure quality standards are maintained across all website projects
• Identify and implement improvements to development and delivery processes
• Communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Support change management efforts during website transitions

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven web project management experience
• Experience in Business Analysis or a PM role with strong BA involvement
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and process analysis
• Experience with website analytics and optimization tools
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Practical experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Figma
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
