Middle Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day trade confirmations to customers and provide efficient post-trade support.
• Liaise with the Front Office to resolve client queries and follow up on pre-matching trade queries.
• Ensure internal and external data accuracy and completeness.
• Perform trade matching on behalf of clients.
• Ensure compliance with company regulatory requirements under the SFC and adhere to the operational risk framework.
• Escalate risk events immediately and provide input to risk management processes.
• Adhere to internal policies, the Company Code of Conduct, and Sarbanes Oxley operational requirements.

Requirements

• University degree, ideally in finance, commerce, or mathematics.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Strong Excel skills and a system-oriented mindset.
• Experience working in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of risk and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work accurately and timely in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
