Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient processing of financial transactions across multiple asset classes including booking, allocating, and confirming trades
• Collaborate with counterparties, custodians, and clearing platforms to ensure timely settlement
• Perform NAV control for funds and mandates including position reconciliation and performance fee mechanism control
• Manage daily relationships with service providers such as custodians and fund administrators
• Monitor corporate actions in liaison with the portfolio management team
• Handle cash management for UCITS funds and fund expense billing
• Manage delegated portfolio FX hedging and collateral management for counterparty risk monitoring
• Participate in process optimization and data enrichment initiatives
• Produce regular operational activity reports and contribute to regulatory fund reporting
• Support investor services through subscription and redemption order enrichment and management of retrocessions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field
• 10+ years of proven experience within Financial Services
• Prior experience in Middle Office or Back Office roles within financial markets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in English; French proficiency is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
