Middle Office - Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a global team of middle office analysts and senior associates
• Own day-to-day middle office functions including trade lifecycle, settlements, reconciliations, and exception management via the Aladdin platform
• Implement and monitor risk mitigation controls, leading incident logs and root cause analysis (RCA)
• Act as the primary escalation point for internal and external clients and manage SLA adherence
• Serve as the audit lead for internal, statutory, and regulatory audits, ensuring full compliance
• Identify and execute opportunities for automation and digitization, collaborating with IT to implement RPA tools
• Act as an operational bridge between Front Office, Risk, Compliance, Fund Accounting, and external brokers

Requirements

• Degree in finance, business, technology, or equivalent relevant industry experience
• Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle management, reconciliations, and settlements
• Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to drive a culture of performance
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel/VBA, Power BI, or Tableau
• Familiarity with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) or low-code technology solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience or working knowledge of the Aladdin platform
• Strong exposure to risk and control frameworks and process transformation
• Experience in a fast-paced investment management environment
