About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform trade matching, booking, and settlement reconciliation
- Manage counterparty onboarding and operational relationships
- Monitor pending OTC settlements and perform real-time/T+1 reconciliations
- Prepare accurate trade, transaction, and market making obligation reporting
- Conduct Position, PnL, and Cost reconciliations
- Maintain ownership of critical data and develop new operational tools
- Liaise with Trading, Business Development, IT, and Compliance to solve problems
- Collaborate on projects for interdepartmental coordination and global business initiatives
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Financial Operations
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Math, Computer Science, or related field
- Working or advanced knowledge of Python and SQL
- SIE certification required
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
- Exceptional attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Digital Assets
- Series 7 certification
