Middle Office Investment Specialist

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain procedures and controls to provide administrative and operational support for the confirmation of daily operations performed by the Front Office team
• Support the administration of the Investment Directorate's checkbooks and monitor flows within the management system
• Perform asset portfolio valuation using company systems to ensure up-to-date information
• Assist in the administration of the company's financial securities to ensure correct balance consolidation
• Ensure the registration, validation, reconciliation, confirmation, and valuation of fixed income, equity, and derivative operations

Requirements

• Completed degree (100% credits) in Economics, Administration, or Finance
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proven knowledge of Financial Mathematics
• Demonstrable experience in financial operations, portfolio funding, and financial instrument valuation
• Previous experience working in Middle or Back Office roles within a financial institution

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Derivatives Operation
• Figura 3 Certification
