Middle Office Analyst

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Post-Trade and Accounting teams to improve workflows
• Document complex processes to develop middle office guidelines
• Onboard new trading into existing technology and platforms
• Reconcile daily position, cash, and PnL breaks with internal and external parties
• Research and process applicable corporate actions
• Maintain and update commission structures across all markets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Physics, Math, or a related technical discipline
• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience focusing on options, derivatives, ETFs, or Fixed Income
• Experience with Python and UNIX/Linux operating systems
• Experience with SQL and relational databases
• Ability to debug, analyze, and troubleshoot problems quickly under pressure
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OMS, PMS, or EMS maintenance, planning, or construction
• Strong domain knowledge of Derivatives, ETFs, or Fixed Income products
• Familiarity with AI prompting
