Responsibilities
- Create video and static creatives for performance marketing (Meta, TikTok, Google UAC)
- Utilize top AI tools for creative generation and process optimization
- Participate in creative team brainstorms
- Analyze performance creatives and propose new ideas
- Collaborate closely with creative producers, marketers, and copywriters
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Motion Designer
- Strong foundation in composition, typography, and color
- Proficient in Adobe After Effects and Figma
- Experience using AI tools for video/footage generation
- Understanding of performance metrics (hook rate, CPI, CPU, IPM)
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Self-efficient and attentive to details
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in performance marketing
- Experience creating ASO screenshots for App Store and Google Play
- Basic marketing and product background
