Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Mid-Market AEs responsible for driving new logo acquisition and expansion revenue
- Carry a team quota and be accountable for predictable, repeatable revenue attainment
- Coach MEDDIC execution, discovery quality, demo effectiveness, and close discipline
- Partner with SDR and GTM leadership to ensure pipeline volume and quality
- Collaborate with Customer Success to drive expansion revenue and retention
- Build repeatable playbooks for prospecting, discovery, demo, and negotiation
- Own hiring, onboarding, and ramp for mid-market AEs
Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years of experience in a closing role
- 2+ years managing a team of AEs in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Proven track record of consistent quota attainment
- Strong command of MEDDIC or equivalent sales methodology
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and pipeline management
- Experience selling into financial services, investment banking, or private equity is a strong plus
