Middle East Sales Controller

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to deliver actionable insights
• Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and working capital
• Drive budgeting and forecasting processes in coordination with the regional controlling team
• Support monthly and annual closings and statutory audits for SKF Eurotrade AB
• Act as Finance Manager for selected legal entities including SKF Pakistan, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia
• Oversee credit management across the sub-region
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control standards
• Continuously improve existing processes to promote standardization and efficiency

Requirements

• CA qualified
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in a Finance function
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
• Fluent in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
• Excellent business acumen and ability to thrive in an international setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SKF systems such as SAP S/4HANA, BPC, and SDW
• Additional language skills
