Middle Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build and own the analytics foundation including data pipelines, core metrics, and dashboards
• Track and analyze key product and marketing metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, and cohorts
• Work with data from AppsFlyer, Amplitude, advertising networks, and internal databases
• Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models
• Run and analyze A/B tests across product and marketing
• Investigate anomalies and answer ad-hoc business questions independently
• Generate hypotheses for growth and user acquisition optimization
• Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to the team
• Automate recurring reports and implement AI tools to enhance analytics workflow

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
• Strong SQL skills
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and BigQuery
• Experience building dashboards and translating data for non-technical stakeholders
• Good understanding of key product and marketing metrics
• Experience running and analyzing A/B tests
• Upper-Intermediate level of English
• Experience working with MMPs (Appsflyer) and advertising networks
• Experience working with forecasting models
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python for data processing and automation
• Familiarity with ML models for forecasting or anomaly detection
• Experience in subscription-based or mobile app businesses
• Basic knowledge of data engineering
