Middle Creative Copywriter

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for B2B brands across various formats
• Brainstorm innovative content ideas and campaign concepts
• Write punchy text including video scripts, headlines, and social media captions
• Collaborate closely with the Design Team to align visual elements with messaging
• Research emerging social and cultural trends to implement fresh content formats
• Prepare ideas, structures, and content for C-level executive presentations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the creative industry (ad agencies, design studios, or production)
• Ability to write conversational, engaging copy for diverse audiences
• C1 English proficiency or higher
• Strong ability to translate corporate goals into compelling creative narratives
• High attention to detail regarding brand guidelines and regulatory standards
• Experience working effectively within cross-functional teams
• Must be able to work on-site in Lisbon, Portugal (relocation support provided)

Preferred Qualifications

• Intermediate skills in Figma, KeyNote, or PowerPoint
• Experience working with AI tools
