About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end shoot process from pre-production through post-production
- Lead shoot briefings to set expectations for photography, styling, and HM
- Ensure 75% of shoots are 'Ready for Live' by the end of the day
- Review final images to ensure high standards of retouching, lighting, and composition
- Troubleshoot issues with shoot teams to maintain pace and quality
- Collaborate with senior producers to improve departmental efficiency and quality
- Maintain professional presence and support the training of new team members
Requirements
- Relevant experience in fashion e-commerce production
- Strong understanding of catwalk and street style trends
- Proficiency with Capture One
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
