Mid vMix Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate vMix in real time during live shows, match broadcasts, interviews, and digital streams
• Execute cuts, transitions, overlays, VTs, and lower-thirds according to the production rundown
• Manage inputs, camera sources, basic graphics, and media assets to ensure fluid operation
• Prepare vMix sessions including input configuration, overlays, and templates
• Adjust basic audio and video settings such as levels, sync, and simple mixes
• Manage remote guest inputs via vMix Call or similar platforms, ensuring connection stability
• Collaborate with producers, design teams, and MCR to coordinate timing and asset delivery
• Monitor audio and video consistency and perform basic troubleshooting under pressure

Requirements

• Degree in Audiovisual Production, Broadcasting, Media Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience operating vMix or similar live production software
• Experience working in live broadcast environments (TV, streaming, sports, or events)
• Technical knowledge of NDI, RTMP, SRT, and remote contribution workflows
• Strong understanding of video/audio formats, codecs, and technical standards
• Intermediate English proficiency for reading and understanding technical documentation
• Ability to maintain high attention to detail in fast-paced, on-air environments
