Mid-Market Solutions Consultant - Expense

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of the value proposition and inner workings of the Navan expense and payments solution
• Apply accounting and finance industry knowledge to implement the Expense solution and help clients realize product benefits
• Use project management skills to ensure successful and efficient client launches
• Train the Account Management organization on product capabilities to drive usage and revenue
• Act as the voice of the customer by partnering cross-functionally with product, finance, operations, and implementation teams

Requirements

• 1+ years of accounting or finance background with experience in ERP systems integrations
• 2+ years of experience as a Solutions Consultant, Implementation Manager, or Professional Services Consultant in a rapidly growing fintech company
• Experience working with large strategic customers
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to visit customers and prospects
