About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of the client onboarding process, including requirement gathering, webinars, and initial account setup
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify pain points and growth opportunities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, demonstrating how Canary’s solutions address their specific goals and minimize time-to-value
  • Own a book of business and proactively identify expansion opportunities in partnership with the Sales team
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to communicate client feedback and inform the product roadmap
  • Develop deep product expertise to effectively communicate value and impact to mid-market clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA)
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in account management or customer success
  • Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Proven track record of navigating clients through complex technical challenges
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-centric mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with the hotel or hospitality industry
