Mid-Market Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in Brex products to drive customer power usage
• Proactively manage an assigned book of accounts to drive adoption and growth
• Act as a trusted advisor to finance stakeholders on spend management and financial reporting
• Build multi-threaded relationships across Finance, Procurement, AP, IT, and Security
• Lead business reviews and financial health checks to showcase ROI
• Identify and mitigate churn risks through data analysis and usage insights
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Credit, and Risk teams
• Meet or exceed quarterly key performance metrics including engagement and GMV targets

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles managing a book of business at a high-growth startup
• Deep fluency in financial technology ecosystems including ERPs, spend management, or AP automation
• Experience interacting with a high volume of customers across the lifecycle
• Strong business acumen with a finance-first mindset
• Ability to synthesize product usage data into actionable insights
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration
• Bachelor's degree required; finance or business preferred
