About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the founding leader for the new Mid-Market ADML practice, designing and scaling a differentiated delivery model.
- Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to mid-market clients regarding benefit plan analysis, vendor procurement, and paid leave program development.
- Define the practice strategy, operating model, workflows, and service offerings.
- Build, deploy, and manage a high-performing team of consultants through direct management and coaching.
- Drive revenue growth by participating in new business pursuits and expanding existing client relationships.
- Oversee project planning and delivery, ensuring high-quality deliverables are presented to senior client stakeholders.
- Contribute to industry thought leadership through speaking engagements and articles.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in the design and management of large group ADML programs within a consulting or brokerage environment.
- Proven track record of revenue generation and growing client relationships.
- Demonstrated success leading complex projects and managing client engagements.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Must obtain a State Life and Health license within 90 days of hire.
- Ability to travel 35–50%, primarily for day travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
