About the role
Responsibilities
- Own client relationships, retention, and account growth within the Mid-Market Cyber Security team
- Lead the onboarding process and manage the transition from sales to delivery
- Collaborate closely with technical teams during the delivery phase to ensure client success
- Drive revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
- Manage account health, reporting, and engagement with key stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or customer success roles
