About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the full commercial relationship for a portfolio of ~60–70 mid-market wellness brands, driving both retention and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to optimize platform usage and align customer outcomes with business goals.
- Lead multi-year renewal and upsell negotiations, securing long-term commitments and deepening platform adoption.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with executive stakeholders to review results and surface new opportunities.
- Proactively identify churn risks and design data-driven save plans to ensure customer success.
- Forecast retention and expansion performance to provide accurate visibility into revenue outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Finance to deliver scalable value and influence product development.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, consulting, or strategic sales.
- Proven track record of managing complex commercial relationships, preferably within SaaS or technology-enabled services.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence executive-level relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiation and revenue forecasting.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage insights to guide business decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Must be currently located in Australia.
