Responsibilities
- Own gross dollar retention and drive growth across an assigned book of business
- Run renewal cycles, prospecting within existing accounts for expansion opportunities
- Upsell and cross-sell throughout the book of business, including discovery with executives
- Partner with CSMs to manage risk and adoption while owning the commercial relationship
- Develop and cultivate deep relationships with senior executives at Director, SVP, and VP levels
- Manage and present data-driven Quarterly Business Reviews
- Serve as an internal advocate and escalation point for customers
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of account management or customer success experience in SaaS
- 1-3+ years managing expansion and renewal revenue with quota responsibility
- Proven track record of quota attainment
- Experience managing 50+ accounts in a portfolio model
- Strong history of retention and expansion revenue
- Willingness to work onsite in the San Francisco office 5 days a week
- Willingness to travel as needed for customer engagements
