Mid-Market Account Manager

ePayPolicy helps over 10,000 insurance companies modernize their payment collection processes. Founded in 2014 and based in Austin, TX, the company provides a secure suite of ACH and credit card payment tools, including point-of-sale financing and check reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Own existing client relationships within the middle market customer base to drive adoption, retention, and growth
• Engage in thoughtful dialogue with key stakeholders and decision makers to provide product recommendations
• Build and execute account plans by developing relationships at multiple levels within client organizations
• Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities within an assigned book of business
• Collaborate with internal product, solution, and integration teams to solve client problems
• Share client feedback with internal partners to support product development
• Utilize CRM and reporting tools to track progress and work efficiently

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in a quota-carrying Sales or Account Management role
• Proven track record of hitting individual or team revenue targets
• Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS environment
• Ability to lead client discussions with senior leadership
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Resourceful and able to work autonomously

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the insurance industry
• Familiarity with the payments industry
