Mid-Market Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to close across key accounts
• Develop deep customer understanding by mapping IT and Security org structures
• Deliver consultative, technical demos showcasing AI agent automation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering to shape roadmap
• Run a disciplined sales process including pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting
• Contribute to GTM playbooks, refining outbound motions and ICP definitions
• Represent Serval at industry events and customer meetings

Requirements

• 2–5 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience
• Proven success selling technical or workflow automation solutions to IT, Security, or Engineering leaders
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with VP/C-suite decision-makers
• High-agency operator capable of building pipeline from scratch
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and demo skills
• Based in or willing to work from San Francisco HQ five days a week

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience at high-velocity SaaS companies
• Experience joining or scaling an early-stage startup (Series A - Series D)
• Recognition for top performance such as President’s Club
• Comfort discussing APIs, workflow builders, or automation platforms
