About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales process for mid-market insurance accounts from cold outreach to contract signature
  • Deliver tailored product demos that translate technical value into real-world solutions for underwriters and executives
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders in underwriting, claims, and IT departments
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver proof-of-concepts
  • Manage pipeline and forecasting with high CRM hygiene to hit a $450K ARR target
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within new and existing accounts

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in the mid-market segment
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and other sales tools like SalesNav, Lusha, Outreach, or ZoomInfo
  • Ability to travel to the U.S. for at least 30 days per year for client meetings
  • Strong understanding of insurance workflows (MGA, underwriting, or claims) is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
