Responsibilities
- Exceed quarterly and annual quota targets
- Develop and cultivate relationships with senior executives at the Director, SVP, and VP levels
- Leverage internal tools and resources to prospect, nurture, and close new business
- Take a consultative approach to selling Handshake’s value
- Accurately forecast business on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Collaborate cross-functionally to build and grow our multi-sided talent marketplace
- Work independently while supporting your team
Requirements
- 3-4+ years of SaaS sales experience
- 2-3+ years of closing experience
- Proven history of quota attainment
- Experience in high-growth business environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in pre-sales, discovery, and demonstrating ROI
- Ability to work out of the NYC office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with sales proposals, forecasting, and account planning
- Previous SDR or BDR experience
- Knowledge of online recruiting technology
- Existing relationships with HR decision-makers at Fortune 1000 companies
- Knowledge of sales methodologies like Challenger, MEDDIC, or Sandler
