About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build pipeline and drive revenue across an assigned EMEA territory from NYC
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer business challenges and position Hex as a strategic solution
  • Partner with Sales Engineering to run discovery sessions and demos tailored to EMEA prospects
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and close
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to provide feedback informed by EMEA customer needs
  • Create and deliver accurate forecasts for your territory
  • Contribute to go-to-market learnings as Hex continues to scale internationally

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle SaaS sales role, ideally selling technical software in data, DS/ML, or analytics
  • Comfortable selling to customers across multiple EMEA markets, cultures, and time zones
  • Ability to understand and clearly explain complex technical concepts
  • Capable of managing a large pipeline of complex opportunities
  • Basic SQL skills or willingness to learn
  • Enjoy working cross-functionally with product, engineering, customer success, and marketing
  • Based in NYC with flexibility for meetings outside standard US Eastern Time business hours
  • Up to 10% international travel
