About the role
Responsibilities
- Build pipeline and drive revenue across an assigned EMEA territory from NYC
- Develop a deep understanding of customer business challenges and position Hex as a strategic solution
- Partner with Sales Engineering to run discovery sessions and demos tailored to EMEA prospects
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and close
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to provide feedback informed by EMEA customer needs
- Create and deliver accurate forecasts for your territory
- Contribute to go-to-market learnings as Hex continues to scale internationally
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle SaaS sales role, ideally selling technical software in data, DS/ML, or analytics
- Comfortable selling to customers across multiple EMEA markets, cultures, and time zones
- Ability to understand and clearly explain complex technical concepts
- Capable of managing a large pipeline of complex opportunities
- Basic SQL skills or willingness to learn
- Enjoy working cross-functionally with product, engineering, customer success, and marketing
- Based in NYC with flexibility for meetings outside standard US Eastern Time business hours
- Up to 10% international travel
