Mid-Market Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including qualifying inbound leads and running discovery.
• Drive net new revenue by targeting CPG brands and engaging stakeholders in finance, accounting, and operations.
• Apply structured sales methodologies like MEDDPICC and Challenger principles.
• Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting.
• Build deep product expertise in deductions, trade management, and revenue recovery.
• Contribute to the evolving sales playbook, including messaging and outreach strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with client success, sales development, and marketing.
• Serve as a feedback loop between the field and product teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B or SaaS sales experience
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota
• Experience selling to CPG brands (food, beverage, health, or beauty) is a strong plus
• Hands-on experience with sales tools like HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, or Fathom
• Based in NYC and able to work in-office 5 days a week
• Ability to travel approximately 20% for conferences and customer meetings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
