Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle end-to-end: qualify opportunities, demonstrate the product, engage stakeholders, prepare pricing, and negotiate terms
- Maintain a disciplined, well-qualified pipeline aligned to quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Represent Flagright at industry events and customer meetings across Europe
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success to ensure successful deal execution and smooth handovers
Requirements
- 3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from qualification to contract signature
- Experience selling to both technical and business stakeholders
- Track record of building pipeline and exceeding revenue targets
- Experience selling into fintech, payments, banking, or regtech is highly desirable
- Based in or near London with right to work in the UK
- Willing and able to travel up to 60% of the time

- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced scale-up environment
- Strong strategic thinking and communication skills to simplify complex technical and commercial discussions
