About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise sales cycles end-to-end, including pipeline building, evaluations, and negotiating commercial terms
- Serve as a technical expert in conversations with CIOs, CTOs, and engineering leaders
- Work with the CEO and product teams to customize solutions for client workflows
- Educate clients on the technical and practical aspects of implementing AI-driven development tools
- Collaborate with marketing to refine sales strategies based on market feedback
- Establish long-term partnerships to ensure expansion and renewal opportunities
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience
- 2+ years selling into Mid-Market accounts with complex decision-making processes
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in technology-driven environments
- Exceptional technical aptitude to articulate complex solutions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for C-level engagement
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as a sales engineer
- Experience selling to DevEx or Engineering teams
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI and software development
