About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue by consistently exceeding quarterly sales quotas
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to demo, negotiation, and close
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting and BDR collaboration
- Use MEDDPPICC methodology to uncover business pain and value drivers
- Identify and develop champions within the buying committee
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Legal, and Customer Success
- Maintain clean opportunity data in Salesforce with high forecast accuracy
- Navigate procurement, IT/security reviews, and commercial terms
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Experience closing $25K–$100K+ ACV deals
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Skilled in consultative selling to IT, HR, and operations leaders
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, or Chorus
- Ability to work onsite in San Francisco 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday)
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with buyer profiles in IT, HR, Workplace, or Operations
- Experience selling software to compliance, security, HR, or facilities teams
- Proficiency in French, Spanish, or German
