About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption of AI-powered solutions by deepening engagement with existing accounts
  • Act as a trusted advisor to help customers transform data into actionable insights
  • Identify and develop new use cases for Elastic solutions
  • Collaborate with business functions to ensure exceptional customer experience
  • Navigate complex sales cycles to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop comprehensive business plans leveraging community and partner ecosystems

Requirements

  • Proven track record in SaaS subscription sales and cross-sell motions
  • Experience with quota overachievement and strong customer references
  • Understanding of Enterprise Search, Log Analytics, Security, or APM
  • Ability to build relationships with both developers and executives
  • Proficient in sales forecasting using SFDC
  • Experience selling into Enterprise accounts within the specified territory

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling within an Open Source model
