About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of AI-powered solutions by deepening engagement with existing accounts
- Act as a trusted advisor to help customers transform data into actionable insights
- Identify and develop new use cases for Elastic solutions
- Collaborate with business functions to ensure exceptional customer experience
- Navigate complex sales cycles to identify new business opportunities
- Develop comprehensive business plans leveraging community and partner ecosystems
Requirements
- Proven track record in SaaS subscription sales and cross-sell motions
- Experience with quota overachievement and strong customer references
- Understanding of Enterprise Search, Log Analytics, Security, or APM
- Ability to build relationships with both developers and executives
- Proficient in sales forecasting using SFDC
- Experience selling into Enterprise accounts within the specified territory
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling within an Open Source model
