About the role
Responsibilities
- Engage and build relationships with construction professionals via phone, email, and other channels
- Exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue goals
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract negotiations and signing
- Develop and execute data-driven prospecting plans to expand territory
- Conduct engaging, value-driven virtual and in-person software demonstrations
- Research and map out accounts to engage key decision-makers
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the Commercial Construction industry as a Project Manager for a General Contractor
- Experience managing costs and change orders
- Must be located in the Western Region
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong consultative selling and pipeline management skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of success in B2B software sales
- Experience selling to decision-makers at all levels of an account
