About the role

Responsibilities

  • Engage and build relationships with construction professionals via phone, email, and other channels
  • Exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue goals
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract negotiations and signing
  • Develop and execute data-driven prospecting plans to expand territory
  • Conduct engaging, value-driven virtual and in-person software demonstrations
  • Research and identify key decision-makers and business requirements within accounts

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the Commercial Construction industry as a Project Manager for a Specialty Contractor
  • Experience managing costs and change orders
  • Must be located in the Western Region
  • Strong consultative selling expertise and pipeline management skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of demonstrated success in B2B software sales
  • Experience selling to decision-makers at all levels of an account
