Responsibilities
- Reach out to existing inbound users and convert them into customers
- Run product demos showcasing the agent's capabilities
- Navigate the sales process by identifying buyers, end-users, and decision-makers
- Onboard new customers and provide initial support for basic FAQs
- Share product feedback with the team to help shape the product roadmap
- Negotiate and close larger contracts with ACVs ranging from $5k to $100k
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience at a software company
- Experience in the horizontal productivity tools space is ideal
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, zero-to-one startup environment
