Responsibilities

  • Reach out to existing inbound users and convert them into customers
  • Run product demos showcasing the agent's capabilities
  • Navigate the sales process by identifying buyers, end-users, and decision-makers
  • Onboard new customers and provide initial support for basic FAQs
  • Share product feedback with the team to help shape the product roadmap
  • Negotiate and close larger contracts with ACVs ranging from $5k to $100k

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience at a software company
  • Experience in the horizontal productivity tools space is ideal
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, zero-to-one startup environment
