Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through a strong outbound sales strategy
- Conduct effective discovery calls to understand customer pain points and propose tailored solutions
- Manage and nurture a sales pipeline to move deals through the sales cycle
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for deals ranging from $25K to $100K
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions and implementations
- Stay informed on industry trends and the competitive landscape
Requirements
- 3+ years of outbound sales experience with a focus on prospecting
- Proven track record of closing deals between $25K-$100K
- Strong experience with cold outbound, discovery, and pipeline management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with sales tools such as Salesloft
