Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to closed-won for Mid-Market accounts
  • Focus on new logo acquisition and proactive business development
  • Source over 50% of your own pipeline through resourceful prospecting
  • Guide prospects through the evaluation and buying process to create consensus

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle closing experience with $50,000+ ACV deals
  • Experience selling complex platform technologies in a sales-led GTM motion
  • Fluency in both English and French with experience selling in EMEA

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to Talent or HR personas
  • Prior BDR or SDR experience
