Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to closed-won for Mid-Market accounts
- Focus on new logo acquisition and proactive business development
- Source over 50% of your own pipeline through resourceful prospecting
- Guide prospects through the evaluation and buying process to create consensus
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle closing experience with $50,000+ ACV deals
- Experience selling complex platform technologies in a sales-led GTM motion
- Fluency in both English and French with experience selling in EMEA
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to Talent or HR personas
- Prior BDR or SDR experience
