Mid-Level Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop, maintain, and analyze project or program schedules
• Create, update, and baseline Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
• Identify schedule variances, analyze critical paths, and forecast impacts to milestones
• Collaborate with program managers, control account managers, and functional teams to gather updates and resolve conflicts
• Prepare reports and briefings on schedule performance for management

Requirements

• 1+ years of directly related scheduling experience
• Expert knowledge of Primavera, Microsoft Project, or other industry-standard scheduling tools
• Working knowledge of Deltek Cobra, Empower, or other EVM software tools
• Strong understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain)
• Strong math, research, and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification such as PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Strong understanding of the aerospace and defense industry
• High proficiency with financial systems and advanced Microsoft Project usage
