Mid-Level Procurement Agent

Responsibilities

• Integrate program, customer, product, and in-service strategies into source selection and contracting strategies
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and conditions
• Prepare and execute negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements
• Conduct risk, issues, and opportunities management
• Manage supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance
• Initiate and execute supplier improvement activities

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
• 4+ years of experience drafting, negotiating, and executing complex contracts and subcontracts
• 4+ years of experience managing suppliers and vendors to deliver products and services
• Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements (U.S. Person status required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Prior Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) procurement experience
• Experience in supply chain strategy
• Leadership experience
