Mid-Level Policy Program Support

Responsibilities

• Provide support for developing, formatting, editing, reviewing, and coordinating organizational policies and procedures
• Ensure all internal and external materials are error-free and consistent with Department and Intelligence Community standards
• Communicate policy changes to the organization and maintain the policy and procedures repository
• Validate and document processes, guidelines, exceptions, authority levels, and workflows
• Coordinate, process, and track policy and procedure reviews and approvals
• Create templates and guidance for policies and procedures

Requirements

• Active Top Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in communications, public policy, or English
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the USIC
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience writing policies, guidance, and standard operating procedures for a government organization
• Exceptional written communication, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage a demanding workload with minimal supervision

• Master’s Degree in a related field
