Mid-Level Government Training Proposal Integrator

Responsibilities

• Develop GT proposal project plans consistent with stakeholder objectives and project management standards
• Coordinate proposal schedules, milestones, and technical reviews to ensure process compliance
• Act as a liaison between integrated business team members, including Contracts, Pricing, and Program Management
• Monitor and integrate proposal activities including system analysis, spares, provisioning, and technical data
• Track support engineering data development and gather data for estimates to support proposal activities
• Identify necessary proposal elements and ensure appropriate functional and programmatic representation

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• 3+ years of experience in integrated logistics support
• 3+ years of experience working in a team environment with clear communication to internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Proposal management
• Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) contracts
• Experience in Contracts, Estimating, Finance, or Program Management
• Experience with Vertical Lift platforms or familiarity with Government training
