Mid-Level Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide support in the financial modeling of existing operations and key initiatives
• Own and drive strategic ad hoc projects and analyses in collaboration with the Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Finance Manager
• Assist in maintaining the general ledger
• Build communications with internal and external stakeholders, including Department Heads and external partners
• Champion process improvement efforts to streamline financial planning and budget management procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• High proficiency in Excel (core functions, formatting, lookup/analysis tools, and pivot tables)
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, across all levels of the organization
• A growth mindset and a winning mentality
